Welcome to Ashes2Echoes, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the services actually made available through it. Historical project names, prototypes, and planned integrations do not establish current service availability.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Ashes2Echoes provides AI-assisted research protocols and prompt engineering tools, including:

• Research and portfolio material: Public explanations, demonstrations, and historical records. These are not certifications or evidence of production deployment.
• FORGE: Browser-based prompt coaching and pattern screening. Any separately invoked server evaluation is unvalidated unless accompanied by current, relevant evidence.
• AI Release Monitor: A separately hosted, free public utility. Release assessments are research, not hands-on validation or purchasing advice.

3. Intellectual Property

Ashes2Echoes content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party material remains subject to its owners' rights, and software or material explicitly released under an open-source or other license is governed by that license.

Except as permitted by an applicable license, law, or written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease protected material. These Terms do not withdraw rights granted by an explicit open-source license, including the MIT license for the AI Model Release Monitor source where that license applies.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account or subscribing
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Respect applicable software licenses and access restrictions
• Not use the Services to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Not circumvent access controls or other security measures

5. Accuracy and Limitations

The Services are provided for informational and research purposes. They do not constitute:

• Financial, investment, or trading advice
• Legal advice
• Medical advice
• Professional advice of any kind

Pattern performance in AIORA is based on defined criteria. No historical backtest data guarantees future results.

6. Subscription and Payment

Browsing this site or requesting access does not create a paid subscription. The AI Release Monitor is free to use. If a separate paid offering is made available, its checkout or agreement must identify:

• The price and applicable fees before purchase
• The payment processor and relevant terms
• Any renewal, cancellation, trial, or refund conditions before you accept them

These Terms do not establish a three-day or twenty-query trial, automatic conversion, or automatic renewal. Separate purchases require your affirmative agreement to the displayed conditions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Any reason at our sole discretion with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASHES2ECHOES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Trading losses or investment losses
• Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ashes2Echoes, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Newport News, Virginia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
