Full provenance for the A2E PM Suite. Each source below is listed with its license or public status, and exactly what was copied, modified, or used as reference. Everything here is publicly available or a licensed copy held by the project owner. No copyrighted prose is reproduced into the app — only facts (formulas, section numbers, framework names), which are not copyrightable.
Currency policy — dynamic links
Regulatory references (FAR/DFARS clauses, thresholds, DCMA/DCAA guidance) link to live "current" URLs — e.g. ecfr.gov/current/title-48 — which always resolve to the regulation as amended, free, no account or API key. Any values stored in-app (thresholds, clause metadata) are dated snapshots and say so; the link is the authority. Users who want automated currency feeds (SAM.gov, eCFR API, USAspending) connect those hooks themselves at deployment and manage them going forward.
Guiding principle
Facts are free; expression is owned. Formulas (CPI = EV/AC), section numbers (PMBOK §2.3), clause identifiers (FAR 52.244-6), and framework names are facts and are used freely. The text of copyrighted standards is never copied into this application — for full text, the app links out to the authoritative public source (eCFR, scrumguides.org).
